The Human Resources Division (HRD) has scheduled a Municipal Service Firefighter Examination that will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010. This exam will provide the list for potential firefighters hired from November 2010 through November 2012.
Please help to get the word out to potential applicants. Applicants can visit the Civil Service web site at: www.mass.gov/civilservice for a detailed description of entrance requirements and the application procedures. Applicants are encouraged to apply on-line for this examination but paper applications are available at every Boston fire station or by contacting the recruit team.
Representatives from Civil Service will be available to accept in person applications.
